These Terms of Service apply to mmrnd.net websites, APIs, mobile applications, and related services, including MoMoTalk and MoMoTalk Kids. By using the services, you agree to these terms.

Accounts and external login

• You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under your account.
• We may provide account creation and login through third-party providers such as Google.
• Information received from an external login provider may be used to create or link your account and set profile defaults, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Service use

• You may use the services only for lawful, personal, family, educational, or business purposes supported by the service features.
• You must not abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or attempt unauthorized access to the services.
• You must not upload, send, or share content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or violates another person's rights.

Content and communication

• You retain responsibility for content you create, upload, or send through the services.
• Messaging, profile, relation, memo, calendar, point, and notification features may be changed or limited to keep the services safe and reliable.
• MoMoTalk Kids features may include guardian controls and child safety restrictions. Guardian approval and supervision may be required for some actions.
• User-generated content such as messages, profile images, shared media, calendar entries, memos, letters, and bot interactions must not include illegal, sexually exploitative, hateful, violent, harassing, deceptive, privacy-invasive, or otherwise harmful material.
• Users may report objectionable users or content where reporting tools are provided. We may review reports, remove or restrict content, block users, limit rooms, disable features, or suspend accounts when appropriate.
• Do not share private information about children or other people without permission. Children using MoMoTalk Kids should use the app only with guardian guidance and within the safety controls provided by the service.

MoMoTalk Kids and guardian controls

• MoMoTalk Kids is intended for child-safe communication with guardian-linked controls.
• Guardians may approve or revoke friend actions, bot access, quiet-time settings, chat availability, play/game participation, and other child-safety controls.
• Children must not try to bypass guardian restrictions, impersonate another user, or use the service to exchange personal contact details or unsafe links.

Bots, AI features, points, and gifts

• Bot responses may be automated or AI-generated and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Do not rely on bot responses as professional, medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice.
• Guardian approval may be required before a child can interact with a bot in MoMoTalk Kids.
• Points, gifts, game participation, letters, memo actions, and call features may be subject to balances, usage rules, or eligibility restrictions. We may correct, reverse, or limit point transactions when needed for safety, abuse prevention, or technical integrity.

Availability and changes

• We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the services for maintenance, security, legal, or product reasons.
• We may restrict or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for users or the services.
• We may preserve or disclose information when necessary to investigate reports, protect children or other users, prevent abuse, comply with law, or enforce these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The services are provided as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, mmrnd.net is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use or interruption.

• 불법적이거나 유해하거나 기만적이거나 권리를 침해하는 콘텐츠를 업로드, 전송, 공유해서는 안 됩니다.

콘텐츠와 커뮤니케이션

• 이용자는 서비스에서 생성, 업로드, 전송하는 콘텐츠에 대해 책임을 집니다.
• 메시지, 프로필, 관계, 메모, 일정, 포인트, 알림 기능은 안전성과 신뢰성을 위해 변경되거나 제한될 수 있습니다.
• MoMoTalk Kids 기능에는 보호자 제어와 아동 안전 제한이 포함될 수 있으며, 일부 활동에는 보호자 승인과 지도가 필요할 수 있습니다.
• 메시지, 프로필 이미지, 공유 미디어, 캘린더 일정, 메모, 편지, 봇 상호작용 등 사용자 생성 콘텐츠에는 불법, 아동 성착취, 혐오, 폭력, 괴롭힘, 기만, 사생활 침해 또는 기타 유해한 내용을 포함해서는 안 됩니다.
• 신고 도구가 제공되는 경우 이용자는 부적절한 사용자 또는 콘텐츠를 신고할 수 있습니다. 필요한 경우 신고 검토, 콘텐츠 삭제/제한, 사용자 차단, 방 제한, 기능 비활성화, 계정 정지 등의 조치를 할 수 있습니다.
• 아동 또는 타인의 개인정보를 허락 없이 공유해서는 안 됩니다. MoMoTalk Kids를 사용하는 아동은 보호자의 지도와 서비스가 제공하는 안전 제어 범위 안에서 이용해야 합니다.

MoMoTalk Kids 및 보호자 제어

• MoMoTalk Kids는 보호자 연결 제어를 기반으로 한 아동 안전 커뮤니케이션을 목적으로 합니다.
• 보호자는 친구 동작, 봇 접근, 조용한 시간, 채팅 가능 여부, play/game 참여 및 기타 아동 안전 제어를 승인하거나 철회할 수 있습니다.
• 아동은 보호자 제한을 우회하거나, 다른 이용자를 사칭하거나, 개인 연락처 또는 안전하지 않은 링크를 교환하는 목적으로 서비스를 사용해서는 안 됩니다.

봇, AI 기능, 포인트 및 선물

• 봇 응답은 자동 또는 AI로 생성될 수 있으며 부정확하거나 불완전하거나 부적절할 수 있습니다. 전문적, 의료, 법률, 금융, 긴급 상황 조언으로 의존해서는 안 됩니다.
• MoMoTalk Kids에서 아동이 봇과 상호작용하려면 보호자 승인이 필요할 수 있습니다.
• 포인트, 선물, 게임 참여, 편지, 메모 동작, 통화 기능은 잔액, 이용 규칙 또는 자격 제한의 적용을 받을 수 있습니다. 안전, 오남용 방지, 기술적 무결성을 위해 필요한 경우 포인트 거래를 정정, 취소 또는 제한할 수 있습니다.

서비스 변경 및 제한

• 점검, 보안, 법적 요구, 제품 운영상 필요에 따라 서비스 일부를 변경, 중단 또는 종료할 수 있습니다.
• 약관을 위반하거나 이용자 또는 서비스에 위험을 초래하는 계정은 제한 또는 종료될 수 있습니다.
• 신고 조사, 아동 또는 다른 이용자 보호, 오남용 방지, 법령 준수, 약관 집행을 위해 필요한 경우 정보를 보존하거나 공개할 수 있습니다.

면책 및 책임 제한
