This page explains how to request deletion of accounts and associated data for mmrnd.net, MoMoTalk, MoMoTalk Kids, and related services.
When supported by the app, you can delete your account from the app settings screen. MoMoTalk includes an account deletion flow that asks for the account password before deleting the account.
You may request deletion by emailing support@mmrnd.net. Please include the account ID or email address used for the account and the app or service name, such as MoMoTalk or MoMoTalk Kids. For child accounts, a guardian may request deletion for the linked child account.
Some records may be retained for a limited period when needed for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, operational backups, or financial/point transaction integrity. Backup copies may remain for a limited period before they expire through normal backup rotation.

보안, 오남용 방지, 법적 의무, 분쟁 처리, 운영 백업, 금융/포인트 거래 무결성을 위해 필요한 일부 기록은 제한된 기간 동안 보관될 수 있습니다. 백업 사본은 일반 백업 순환 기간이 끝날 때까지 제한적으로 남을 수 있습니다.
